  I will say the staff were incredibly friendly so the staff get 5 stars BUT Don’t go here for printing a simple black and white copy for something. They charge you $2.99 for your first copy then .25 cents each additional copy for one order. So if you only need 1 copy of something, you pay $2.99 each time for the privilege of someone plugging in your USB and touching a button or opening an email and clicking a mouse. I was in a rush so I was stuck. Go to CVS by the quick check on 9. It’s .29 each copy at the self help print section for B&W copies. I miss the Staples store.

  The kindest people ever!! I was in and out today in under five minutes. The store was immaculate, the staff was the most friendly people I’ve ever met. Being greeted with a smile and gratitude means so much. I’m so grateful for the store and this convenient location. I’m grateful for their efficient service. I will absolutely be back all the time! Appreciate you guys! 😊

  Great experience at the new UPS Store in Howell! The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. I used their next day shipping service and my package arrived right on time with no issues at all. So happy to have such a reliable UPS Store nearby! They also Speak spanish so that was a Great help.

  Absolutely thrilled that this new UPS Store opened in Howell! The store is clean, organized, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. They made the shipping process quick and stress-free, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was packed perfectly. It’s so nice to finally have a convenient local spot with such great customer service. You can tell the owners and employees truly care about the customer experience. Highly recommend this location for shipping, returns, printing, and mailbox services. Howell definitely needed this!
