  This is my first experience returning clothing at a UPS center. The UPS office is merely a few blocks from my home here in Hoboken. Help was given with a smile and my return was successfully sent out within 2 min. Smooth processing and fast service makes returns possible. I will be returning to use the other services at UPS. Very convenient for me.

  They are incredibly helpful and always willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Kevin is the best—he always does his best to find the most cost-effective solution and works with us even when we're on very tight deadlines. We've used them for several printing projects, and they consistently deliver great quality, excellent customer service, and fast turnaround times. If you need help with any type of printing, I highly recommend reaching out to them. They truly care about their customers and are always willing to help make things happen.

  The staff at the UPS store on 4th and Washington went above and beyond today to save me money on a return that I had being shipped across the country. I was so grateful for the extra time he took to go through the most cost effective options with me. I felt lucky to have that experience because I know it’s not like that at all UPS stores!

  I have this location set up on UPS my choice for package pickup. When their own company fails to switch the label prior to dropping off packages at this pickup location, this location will charge you per package for their own companies mistake. If you don’t pay, you don’t get your packages. I highly doubt this is UPS company policy; it’s also horrible customer service. Also stop taking peoples licenses with you to the back. It’s shady. Use your brain and remember their last name. I have deleted UPS my choice and will never use this location again.
