I visit this UPS Store on Washington Street often for Amazon returns, and Kevin and his staff are always so kind, patient, and courteous. They make the whole process easy, even when I show up with what feels like dozens of returns and sometimes forget to have QR codes ready! I also really appreciate how wonderful they are with my children. Kevin and the team always take the time to engage with them and make our visits fun. We truly enjoy coming here and always have such a positive experience. So glad to feel like we have a small neighborhood and kind people to visit regularly in Hoboken

I worked in transportation for years and this UPS Store is hands down the most efficient and helpful location in Hoboken/Jersey City/NYC area. The employees are so incredibly helpful and nice, the owners are always available and asking for feedback, and they all make what is often an annoying errand so easy!! Grateful to have this place in town.
