Needed some 11*17 prints. Went to the self service printer it was pretty easy and the person there was quite helpful. I went in at 5pm and it was empty so I got my printing and cutting done quickly :)

This is THE BEST fedex. Everyone is SO kind and helpful here. Typically mail and packages are stressful and I never feel that way here.

They shipped away my package and when it arrived at the receiver the box was empty, I reached out to customer service for claim and they denied it and I also tried to reach out to this drop off point the first thing I did and the staff was very rude to me. This is my first and last time using FedEx for sure.

Needed a quick last minute project printed and laminated. The place was packed when I arrived but my order was still fulfilled in a very reasonable timeframe. The quality exceeded my expectations. I was helped by Henry. Thanks fellas
