    I went in to get 3 sandwiches. Only one person was ahead of me and he was being helped. The available other employee picked up the phone put her finger in the ahead and motioned for me to wait until the busy employee was finished. I did. But when a a few women came behind me the available employee took them and a few others while I was still waiting on the originally busy employee to finish up her prior transaction. I had my elderly dad waiting in the car on a very hot day because he wanted Subway. I am not sure why that employee passed me by and helped others knowing I was waiting but it felt dismissive. And luckily they had AC and I was too tired to argue.

    I ordered a breakfast sandwich on Uber Eats. Delivery service was great. But when I began to eat my sandwich I pulled out of my mouth a long strand of hair...DISGUSTING & UNSANITARY. WEAR HAIR NETS. NEVER ORDERING FROM THERE AGAIN!

    Craved a sandwich so bad so I decided to stop in at the local subway. When I went in the 2 women at the front didn’t even greet me. They were having a conversation laughing and looking right at me and my brother. Didn’t acknowledge us. We sat there for a good 5 minutes them still talking even walking in the back to continue their conversation still no greeting. I just walked out I was extremely upset. Obviously reading the reviews this is a regular thing. A sandwich isn’t worth getting ignored or dealing with ignorant employees who obviously don’t want their job. They have the worst customer service don’t know why people still give them money I’d love to see an outline of their volume. I’m pretty sure it’s declining n they aren’t making much. This isn’t the first time. A sandwich that takes 5 minutes not even to make is drawn out into 10 mins. I was in fast food for over 5 years. This hell I’d bring down on my staff for these reviews!!!! I don’t give them my money anymore. A sub shop with authentic subs is way better!
