  Poor customer service. Twice I came here with large size boxes and all they do is watch from back of the counter. Not a single help w opening the door and told me goes here in the weigh. Came in at 6:10 on Tuesday and truck already left. They gave me a qoute for $89 reg or $520 express for Friday. Came back on Wed morning the express rate is now only $294. How could the rate be cheaper when the time of delivery was shorter?I will not be back to this location. Disappointing I live nearby.

  I probably could have been a little less salty as the kids say but making me buy tape instead of just letting me borrow a couple of pieces to wrap my boxes together really made me angry I apologize for my behavior but what a stupid way for corporate to lose a customer just offer free packing tape every once in awhile I never thought I would have to choose a shipping company but I will go out of my way to use FedEx for the rest of my life That makes total sense I probably could have waited for a different solution than spending even more money we live and we learn thank you for enlightening me and I guess helping FedEx

  AMAZING print products and staff! I had an intricate multi color double sided document that needed to be printed on short notice and Jesse was so easy to work with. They provided a high quality product in a tight timeframe and exceeded all my expectations. I cannot recommend them enough!
