  Annoyed beyond belief. I have been at my mechanic for eight hours waiting for this place to deliver a window actuator. And to make matters worse, every time my mechanic called, they said the part was in or on the way. Eight hours later here I sit without the part. I have never encountered such an inconvenience. Of course, they are unaffected because it is not their inconvenience. This is my first time at this mechanic. I wish he worked closer to another parts store. I have never had any problems with the Englishtown or Freehold stores. I am going to miss a dinner event.

  Friendly staffs. I ordered (2) 32oz bottle of Honda power steering fluid online. But when one of the staff brought out 12oz bottle, I told him that's the wrong size bottle. Then another guy checked the order and apologized for the wrong size bottle given to me. And gave me the 32oz bottles.👍

  I stepped into this Advance Auto with a bad headlight bulb. I explained to the sales clerk Evan I recently purchased a protection plan for it. Turns out it wasn’t in the system. He say no worries I’ll take care of you. He honestly didn’t have to do that. I was very pleased with his patience and willingness to help me. That’s old school customer service! Retail in general needs more people like Evan. I decided to purchase another protection plan. Evan then showed me that is one was in the system. Thanks again Evan! Keep up the great work!

  Amazing spot. Will and José were super helpful. Josè installed headlights that I didn’t even buy from there. They changed my wiper blades and filled up my wiper fluid. Did not accept a tip. Amazing service.
