  I went there to print a document and send documents as well, as I am filling out my docs, I didn't know, I have to have it notarized.. good thing Tobey Chan can do also notary. And special thanks to him, he made everything else easy for me. Great service Tobey! Good job!

  SERVICE IS TRULY DEAD AT THIS STORE They are trained not to assist the customer. READ THIS!!! I arrived at the store 2 minutes before its closing time on a Sunday. It was locked, but they let me in. I had two items: an Amazon return and a fax. I was directed to self serve for the Amazon return. The manager refused to send the fax. He stated that I was 2 minutes late and they were closed. If I was 2 minutes late, it was because I was locked out and then I sent the Amazon package myself. Upon further discussion with the store manager, who was very polite, I was told that he would get in trouble with the owner if he helped me after closing time. Yes, you read that right! The owner, would be upset with him for helping a customer 2 minutes after closing. (I continue to dispute the actual time of closing.) Essentially, they are trained not to assist the customer!!

  Not a normal user of ups normally but the interaction was quick, professional, and friendly all in one. Great location great service
