Absolutely LOVE this UPS Store. Jorge and his team are amazing! They’re always willing to help and it’s so refreshing when it’s actually genuine. The facility has everything you need to ship, it’s exquisitely clean, and Amazon returns are a breeze! Seriously Jorge and his team are a prime example of what customer service should be.

I would give Giovani a million stars if i could! I came in there a nervous wreck about a big package i had to send and i was extremely nervous about the timing! He put those two boxes together and was able to get it out on time! I’m so grateful for his service thanks Giovani! I will definitely be back
Very convenient, every time I come here the customer service is fantastic. Last time someone named Antonio helped me out, really fantastic service there. Makes shipping so much less tedious.

Currently, I have several packages being delivered to this UPS location. Normally, I use the UPS on South Street in Newark, which I absolutely love because I have never had any issues there.
Recently, I had ankle surgery and am unable to pick up my packages myself. Because of this, I gave my father my ID so he could retrieve them for me. We also share the same last name. Unfortunately, the employees at this location refused to release my packages to him.
I have never experienced this type of problem at the South Street UPS location. I am very disappointed by the lack of consideration shown toward customers who are disabled or temporarily unable to pick up their packages. This UPS location seems to have very little compassion or understanding for its customers’ situations. Never again I will use this location. As for other reviews, I see that they have complaints as well. Want charge an arm and a leg for little things while you go to other UPS they are helpful and won’t charge you for tape. Also, you responded stating that we could have considered Give my packages if we have the same addresses or guess what we do and I even explained that to your employee, but they didn’t wanna even to hear what I was saying just rude no type of sympathy.
