  My car battery died this am on the way to take my husband’s car to the shop, we jumped the battery and it started right up. I picked him up from dropping his car off and went into hammonton and stopped at another auto parts store and when I asked if they put batteries in they gave me the run around. “ Well what year. Not really sure how difficult it could be. Can’t say with certainty” so I left. My car was running. Didn’t want to turn it off until I was sure it could be fixed on the spot. I then drove down the road to Advance Auto Parts and was greeted by Daniel with a smile and how can I help you. I explained that I needed a battery and could they replace it there. He said yes, Let’s look at your buying options. He never pressured me or said he couldn’t do it. He suggested things I might need to better the battery life, he told me the recommendations for the car and battery life. He then introduced me to Angel who came out with his cart and my battery and began working on replacing it. He did so with calm and patience. He was friendly even after the battery brackets gave him some struggle going back together. Thank you to these two for getting me on my way today in a positive, cheerful, calm manner. I will definitely return to this store for future car needs.
