  Usually the staff have been friendly and helpful. Today i got in the store with 2 pre labeled packages one person was busy helping a lady with a ton of Amazon returns and the other one doing whatever their internal things needed to be done at the front counter. I stood there for a good while no one acknowledged me and the one that was helping no one didn’t say a word either. I asked if I could just leave the packages since no one could help me. They tell me uh. Sure. If you don’t want a receipt. Of course I want a receipt but I don’t have all the time in the world to wait for the Amazon returns to be finished and watch the second person doing who knows what they are doing. I have already expressed its pre labeled. it only takes a few seconds to acknowledge someone and not make them frustrated.

  If I could give no stars I would, I paid for an overnight delivery I was guaranteed it would get there in time, it cost me $142 .The package was delivered a day late. I have had to call several times for a refund due but 2 weeks later no refund and no answers on when I will receive it or if I will receive it. Lessened learned.

  Came in today for a poster to be printed and was met with wonderful customer service starting with Steven who then needed to escalate me to a manager because of an issue with my print job. Everyone in the store very professionally handled everything I needed in a timely manner while being very courteous and patient. These folks offer really great services when they aren't belabored with Amazon returns, which was 90% of the walk-in business I witnessed while waiting for my poster to be printed. I was very pleased that I was able to take the poster home with me without have to having to make a return trip, although both options were made available to me which was also appreciated.
