  Robin Davis provided one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. After spending so much time trying to get answers from multiple people without any luck, Robin took the time to truly listen, investigate, and provide the clear answers I had been searching for. She went far above and beyond what was expected, never making me feel rushed or like I was just another customer. Her professionalism, patience, knowledge, and genuine willingness to help completely turned a frustrating situation into a positive one. It's rare to find someone who cares as much as Robin does, and FedEx is incredibly fortunate to have an employee who represents the company with such dedication and compassion.   If you're sending a package international, do not go to this location. They didn't submit the commercial invoice with my package and it caused delays. I tried submitting the commercial invoice myself but my package still was not delivered and they won't deliver it. Fedex doesn't want to give me a refund.
