  1/5 Stars — Severe Routing Error & Outrageous Billing Sent a package domestically to North Las Vegas, NV (paid $31), but UPS erroneously routed it internationally to Calgary, Canada. Because of UPS's severe sorting mistake, I am now being billed over $700 in unauthorized international fees/freight charges for an error they committed. Customer service automation makes it impossible to resolve. This is gross negligence and a massive billing error.

  Seriously one of the worst ups stores I’ve been to. If they could charge you for breathing in their store they would. Drive the extra however many minutes and go to a different store.

  Extremely Disappointing and Irresponsible Service I had a very disappointing experience with UPS on this location. I paid $125 specifically for overnight delivery, and I was assured that my package would be delivered the next day. Based on that commitment, I trusted UPS with an important shipment. However, the tracking now shows that my package will not be delivered until tomorrow, despite paying a premium for overnight service. This is completely unacceptable. If UPS cannot fulfill the service that customers are paying for, they should not make promises or charge such a high fee for it. I feel that my money and, more importantly, my time were completely disregarded. This has been one of the worst shipping experiences I have ever had. I will not use UPS again and would not recommend to others.

  They wanted to charge me 160.00 to send a pair of glasses next day air to Florida.I thought that was ridiculous.I could have drove them there for cheaper.Also, that weird old foreign guy creeped me out,he just stared at me with a nasty look the whole time.
