  very courteous, responsive and quick to take action regarding a lost package. My fingers are crossed--but, the customer service thus far has been commendable enough to warrant a high review.

  Must be new owners. I requested a UPS medium box the official one, not the aftermarket one not the brown one not the one that I need to pay out-of-pocket for but the one for a second day air official UPS box and the associate refused to give it to me, refuse to print out the label, even though I had it on my phone and said I had to go home and print it out at home and then bring it back. I would avoid going here at all costs.

  The store is clean and well organized. Also, friendly staff. Only issue i have is that they close earlier than the hours listed. I get there today before 3pm and they were already closed. This has happened before. Other than that, great customer service.

  the store timing in Sunday's is toll 3 PM but it closes well before that..reached at 2.30 and it's closed. stick to the timing else change the store timing

  No wonder they have 3.5 stars. It's 2:05pm. Google & the sign on the door says they close at 3pm and the guy is inside closing up and the door is locked. Won't be using this location again.
