  Not helpful at all. UPS left a package on my front porch that required a signature. The problem is that nobody signed for it. The package was actually supposed to be declined so it could be returned to the sender. When I came to UPS, I was basically told, “Not our problem. It’s the sender’s problem.” How does that make any sense when UPS is the one that delivered a signature-required package without obtaining a signature? The gentleman I spoke with didn’t seem to understand the issue at all, or care to. The woman I spoke with did understand, but seemed to be overridden by the guy and shy to say anything. Then he said they were about to close, so it honestly felt like nobody wanted to deal with correcting the mistake. I understand they were ready to go home, but I had just gotten off work after working all day too. I’m simply asking UPS to take responsibility for the delivery error, return the package to the sender, and provide me with tracking showing that it was returned. Nobody signed for this package. It should never have been left on my porch in the first place.

  This was very helpful and friendly experience. It took me less then 2 minute for the whole process. Gentlemen, help me with my (return) package and explain the process. Definitely recommending to everyone.
