- CCChrisAug 7, 20265.0I was absolutely struggling to get this amazon return and there was a limited amount time to place the return. My phone sim was down but Paul and Elliot did the lord's work to try and get me this return on time. There is no place that wouldve taken my request with how strenuous it was, but somehow someway they did it. This is the Best Store ever. The guys rock. PS the store was super clean.

- HCHank ChangJul 5, 20264.0Quick and efficient, this is a simple stop to drop off 4 packages and get my receipt. They have shredding available (Iron Mountain bin), mailboxes, and more. Same strip mall area with Home Depot and 99 Ranch, beside the Hot Fish.

I’m bad with names so I don’t remember his but I came in confused on how to handle internationally shipping and he helped me work through my problem and find a solution that was best for me. I was blown away by his service. My go-to UPS location. He really saved me a headache.
- NKNeesh KnoxApr 20, 20265.0I enjoyed the layout of the store ( my normal UPS Store in Edgewater feels cluttered & confusing compared to this location), the cleanliness ( the flow of the store with the mailboxes in the front of the store just seems to make sense) & the ready to help attitude of the staff (I was greeted as soon as I stepped inside of this location).
