- C3Connor 3May 19, 20265.0I came in today 5/19 near closing around 6pm and there was only one person working, a tall young guy. I’m bad with names so I don’t remember his but I came in confused on how to handle internationally shipping and he helped me work through my problem and find a solution that was best for me. I was blown away by his service. My go-to UPS location. He really saved me a headache.
- NKNeesh KnoxApr 20, 20265.0I enjoyed the layout of the store ( my normal UPS Store in Edgewater feels cluttered & confusing compared to this location), the cleanliness ( the flow of the store with the mailboxes in the front of the store just seems to make sense) & the ready to help attitude of the staff (I was greeted as soon as I stepped inside of this location).
- ZZZachMar 8, 20261.0Went to the store to drop off a package that already has a label on it. Triple checked that the store was still open till 4. I walk in at 3:50 for the worker maybe manager screaming at me that they won’t take the package. Not sure what the dudes deal was… I never leave Google reviews but this deserves less than a 1 star
