  I think there's a local management glitch that needs to be fixed: the store appeared to be understaffed / had too many people on lunch breaks at about 12:15 PM on Tuesday, 28 July 2026. One clerk was the only employee in evidence to handle everything. Otherwise, no complaints.

  Says they dont install car batteries anymore even though they have signs both inside and outside the store that proudly advertise that they install batteries with a purchase. It could be the employees just didn't feel like working, but when you have 3+ auto parts shops on the same road within a mile that also do free installation and charge the same prices, you kind of have to at least do the bare minimum.

  This store lacks a functional air conditioning system. The heat was so intense that my father, who couldn’t tolerate it, began to feel unwell. Consequently, he sent me inside, and I promptly exited. The heat conditions are severe. If you prioritize your health, please avoid this establishment.

  The Manager Joe is awesome! He is how every employee should be! Suoer nice guy. I will now drive all the way from Vineland when I need any parts, they had a part I needed it in this location so I made the drive up, but I’m going to continue to go to the Glassboro store is so clean and nice and Joe was so helpful and friendly to work with
