  The wings are always great and flavorful, but we always seem to have problems with the service. We order online and the food is NEVER ready when it is supposed to be. Today, we placed an order at 3:25pm. Order confirmation says the order will be ready between 3:35-3:40pm. I walk in at 3:38…and they tell me the order is still being made and will be ready in 13 minutes!?! I swear they didn’t even start the order until I walked in. On time orders is always an issue here and why we don’t come back as often as we do.

  The attitude of the girl who served us was awful; she wasn't friendly at all and made us wait for far too long. There were other people waiting, and it didn't seem to bother her at all.

  We’ve loved the wings here for the past two years, but yesterday was very disappointing. My paid online order was canceled without my knowledge, so I had to reorder and wait 25 minutes. The wings were also poor quality—almost like boiled wings with sauce poured on top. Very disappointing experience.

  I placed my order online for the first time ordering from wingstop. I came in to pickup and waited in line to tell the woman working the counter I was there to pick up an online order. She rudely told me to go to the pick up counter. I was unaware there was one since it was my first time. I went to that counter to retrieve my order and was given one bag. I then drove home. Once home I realized half my order was missing. I then got back in the car to drive back. I called the wingstop location to tell them they forgot to give me half of my order. The woman then tells me I didnt grab the other bag. I said no I was handed only one bag. I arrived to pick up my order the guy at the pick up window was busy on his phone handed me the missing parts my order and didnt apologize or anything. Won't be coming back. Terrible service no accountability for the mistake and no generosity to makeup for the error.

  I stopped in around 9:30pm and waited about thirty minutes. I saw people who ordered after us get their food first. When we got home, the bag was soaked in grease because it wasn’t packed properly. I understand busy nights, but the long wait plus the messy packaging made for a pretty frustrating experience.
