  The woman at the counter was very mean to me. I went to the UPS store to ship an item I had sold. I showed her the QR code to get the shipping label so that the package can be shipped. First, she told me that I was returning it because it was already paid for. I said “Right, it’s paid for because the customer bought it. Now I want to ship it to the customer.” She kept insisting that since I wasn’t paying for it I wasn’t shipping it. I told her I send out packages to customers all of the time through post office, with no fee. She made me feel very stupid and in the wrong which I wasn’t! I admitted that I wasn’t understanding what she was saying and she looked over at her coworkers and they both laughed like “clearly”. She made me really upset. I understand that we all have our bad days and can take it out on others, but she really should have been mature and kinder in this encounter. A couple times the women behind the counter have been rude and impatient with me, but this one made me write a review, I just couldn’t believe how she acted.

  RITA should get a different job- no “Hello” reply to mine; nasty face then “Dont bring it if you dont need it” to my asking her to recycle the paper amazon bag. She could have been human first thing in the morning after a holiday. She grabbed it out of my hand- hmm, I would have taken it w me if she had responded nicely

  Notary service is provided by the mood of the employee. If they are not in good mood, they make their own rules, by saying there is not enough people to cover even when the store completely empty.
