  I’ve had nothing but great experiences at the UPS Store Franklin since the day they opened. It’s made such a difference having a location close by, especially compared to the Sparta store, which is farther, slower, and honestly just not as convenient. I couldn’t get away from that location fast enough. From day one, Franklin has been smooth, quick, and efficient. Even when there’s a line, they move things along and get everyone in and out without the stress or long wait times. Today was actually the first time I used the store for more than just Amazon returns I came in for a printing project. On Friday, Robin helped guide me through exactly what I could and couldn’t do, which ended up helping me finalize everything the right way. That direction alone made the process so much easier. When I came in Monday to pick it up, there had been a small mix-up and it wasn’t ready. I wasn’t upset at all these things happen but Tyler and Kodi immediately stepped in and handled everything without me even having to push for it. They took care of it right away, resolved the issue quickly, and made it right without hesitation, showing how much they value customer service when something gets missed. Shoutout to Tyler and Kodi (the twins) and Robin as well, they were all friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making things right. The whole team at this location clearly takes pride in their work. I really appreciate this store and will definitely keep coming back.

  I have been a seasonal mailbox customer for about 1 month. I have also used their Fax & copy service All I can say is that they have been nothing short of Amazing. From the minute you walk in you are greeted with a friendly smile & hello. The store is clean, bright & organized, staff extremely knowledgeable & helpful. Much better than the US postal service. Keep up the Great work!!

  I went to send a return thru this store when they first opened, Tyler helped me with friendly professional care. I have been back on two more occasions and the service is still the best I have experienced in customer service. Tyler assisted me each time with his great detail to customer care. Thank you Tyler.

  Kodi and Jennifer are seriously AMAZING!! We had trouble packaging an Amazon return couch + ottoman and did not know what to do. They took time to CUSTOM MAKE a cardboard box that would fit the couch and ottoman into 1 box. I can’t say enough good things about this UPS store in Franklin, and it’s clearly because of the awesome people like Jennifer, Kodi, and Robin that make it so great. They worked so hard on making sure we could return this couch and even stayed past their closing time to do so. We could tell they really love their job and are happy to help people in any way possible. We can’t thank you enough and appreciate how helpful you were!!

  Today I was having a lousy day. I had to do a return and have labels printed so I went to this UPS Store for the first time. I was immediately greeted by, umm everyone. Smiles, how is your day going, etc. Well, I sure walked out of there with a smile on my face. They were all very knowledgeable. Tyler, Kodi, Robin and Brook...an amazing group of employees. I felt like I was at Disney, the happiest place on Earth! I had questions and I received answers and helpful hints, etc. It was an amazing experience which is very rare these days. I applaud you all and your manager should know what a great job you all do. I will definitely be back very soon. Thank you :)
