My battery has been running at 5% and was randomly not starting, while waiting for Mavis Discount Tires to open the next day, I stopped at Auto zone next door and PURCHASED a NOCO JUMP STARTER at the recommendation of Tommy from Mavis Discount Tire who was just closing at 8:25 pm when I arrived last night. The sales associates, Diego, that assisted me at Auto Zone, provided exceptional customer service, they were Fast, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. The NOCO BOX I WAS LOOKING FOR WAS $80.00 UNFORTUNATELY IT WAS OUT OF STOCK, SO I HAD TO PURCHASE A MORE EXPENSIVE NOCO BOX, IT WAS PRICED AT $100.00 HOWEVER BECAUSE THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK ON THE $80.00 NOCO, THEY CAME AS CLOSE TO PRICE MATCHING AS THEY WERE ABLE TO AND GAVE ME THE $100.00 NOCO BOX FOR $85.00, FOR THAT I WAS EXTREMELY APPRECIATIVE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AUTO ZONE FOR ALL YOUR CAR PART NEEDS:-)

Thanks to Steve for coming out from the back to get me a headlight bulb the other day, while everyone else were dealing with battery installations.

Just as we were about to walk away from Advanced Auto, we were lucky enough to meet Donna in the Franklin store. She was a huge help and later put us in touch with Leon. They both went above and beyond in handling the issue we had. Because of them, we will always be customers. Thank you Leon and Donna! Advanced Auto is lucky to have you!
