I recently visited the UPS Store in Fort Lee, and I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service. Despite the store being busy, the staff, special Daniel S. The assistant manager handled everything with remarkable patience and professionalism. They maintained a friendly demeanor, always smiling, which made the experience even better. It’s been a long time since I’ve encountered such outstanding service. Highly recommend this location for anyone needing shipping or printing.

Very disappointing experience at this UPS Store. I was charged $37 just to send paperwork and was given confusing information about shipping policies. I was told documents could not be sent via Ground and that ID was required just to mail paperwork, which does not appear to be standard policy. The whole interaction felt misleading and unnecessarily expensive. I understand franchise locations may have their own rules, but transparency and customer service matter. I left feeling taken advantage of for a simple shipment.
I’ve had a great experience at this UPS Store. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional. They go out of their way to make things easy and quick, and I really appreciate their kindness every time I stop in. Highly recommend
Terrible service — unfriendly, rude, and unpleasant. They tried to force me to buy their packaging for an Amazon return. There was only one employee handling a long line of customers. I will never visit again.
At another UPS Store, my return package was accepted without any issues in less than a second, and I received my refund from Amazon shortly afterward.
The UPS store in Linwood Plaza always has friendly, efficient staff that seem to care about helping you as fast as possible and your comfort in general, especially since it apparently changed owners or management in the last couple of years. Adam in particular is super friendly and helpful. He usually invites me to place my package on the scale when the person ahead is finishing up to relieve me of the burden I'm holding. Most recently though, he went above and beyond to help with a tech problem I was having with my label.
I must say that I think most of the negative reviews I saw here are from people who do not understand UPS policies that are outside employee control (i.e. certain boxes). In my experience each shipping co. has restrictions on what boxes can say what and be shipped accordingly, but at least this UPS store always tapes my boxes for me and I don't have to purchase packing tape like I have had to at the USPS.
