  Every time I go here, they claim they need to charge $5 to print label. I have a mobile barcode and they can print it but just do not listen. Even though my barcode is from the email, they can scan it and print the label. they are suppose to print the label for free with the barcode and refuse to listen.

  I had such a great experience with Adam T from UPS! He was extremely kind, respectful, and had such a positive energy. It’s not every day you come across someone who makes a simple interaction so pleasant. Adam truly deserves recognition for the way he treats people and the great attitude he brings to his work. He deserves a raise! Thank you, Adam, for making my day a little better.

  Our experience in this store has always been positive; perhaps some of the bad reviews may be from customers who happen to be here at the same time with a lot of other customers resulting in longer lines / wait times. We needed to ship a large box to Canada. We were the only customers when we first walked in about 2 days ago and the staff member who assisted us was very helpful in itemizing the contents of the box for Customs Declaration (Government requirement, so unless you want your box opened / inspected by Customs, the contents of the box has to be accurately itemized). Shortly thereafter, about 10 more customers arrived within minutes of each other resulting in a seemingly long queue even with 2 other staff members serving other customers; 1 woman in line seemed to be in a hurry, and I get it that we all prefer not to wait, but sometimes it’s unavoidable.
