  This agency is very responsive with personal real intelligence vs AI( absent intelligence). Patty was very helpful in a thorough analysis of my current needs and found a policy that was cost effective and appropriate.   Sent out a solicitation to my address with a photo of the front of the property from Google Maps and had my name wrong and the last name that was used made it apparently clear it was not by mistake. Blatant invasion of privacy.

  New owner appears to have reduced hours, and as result agency stuff is no longer reachable. I do not recall calling Friday and finding out the agency is closed. Is business scaling down and becoming virtual?
