convenient and service is great!
I had an unbelievably upsetting experience today because of the way the staff named Hope treated me. I had initially asked for assistance from a staff member in person, but I was directed to use the kiosk and complete the entire process myself. I tried to get in line, only to find that the line was extremely long. Hope opened a new register. I explained that if I had been assisted in person from the beginning, I would not have had to wait in such a long line. Hope began raising her voice and repeatedly saying, “No, no, no, no.” She then directed me back to the kiosk, she accused me of being disrespectful and yelled at me. She also told me to leave the store and stated that if I did not leave, she would call the police.
I went to drop off an envelope with a preprinted shipping label. The guy there told me I can’t ship it because the envelope is an express envelope (which it didn’t say that) and the shipping label was for ground. So he told me he can’t ship it. He could have said “let my help you with that” or “we can change the envelope”. There was no help. Just no we won’t take your preprinted fedex envelope. No customer service at all.
This was the worst post office experience I have ever had. The lady working there this morning was very rude, had a bad attitude, and was not helpful at all. I was left waiting without any explanation and felt completely disrespected as a customer. The next door is the UPS post office what a big difference compared to Fedex office.
I wold never wish this experience on anyone and will avoid coming here again. Customer service needs serious improvement.

Very rude woman working behind the counter. Absolutely unprofessional. Went to UPS right after, night & day difference in service and basic courtesy.
