  Very disappointing experience today. I used the self-service Amazon kiosk as instructed. While I was scanning my returns, an employee interrupted me to tell me to use the poly mailer bags, even though I was already using the exact type and size that she was handing to me. I told her that’s what I was using, she seemed hesitant to believe me. After I completed my return, received my receipt, and i went to the counter for help with a larger return, as there was no poly mailer bag big enough, as the machine instructed me to do so. The same woman yelled that I needed to exit the kiosk and couldn't just leave my return "up." I explained that I had already completed the transaction and had my receipt. Then she wanted to know why I need help instead of using the kiosk. I told her the kiosk itself instructed me to go to the counter because there wasn't a mailer large enough for my item. There was no reason for the entire experience to be so confrontational. I have used these machines before. I was following the instructions provided by the kiosk and simply needed assistance with something the kiosk couldn't accommodate. A little patience and basic customer service would have gone a long way. The entire interaction was completely uncalled for. I was embarrassed to be spoken to in that manner infront of other customers. Should have stuck with the East Hanover UPS. Won’t be back.

  Tried to ship two items to one address. The woman had a real attitude told me to use the computer. when I couldn't figure it out she begrudgingly did her job. I'll never use this store ever again. I'd rather use FedEx.

  Open Hours are more of a guideline. I was in a rush to drop off a package in the morning and ended up leaving after 15 past the opening time because no employees showed up. Made me Late for work and still have to go back.

  Great customer service, always a friendly smile, fast and efficient services. I come here to return packages as well as printing and it’s always a pleasure, we’re very lucky to have them in our neighborhood.
