  This is the best UPS Store experience I’ve ever had! Karla was absolutely amazing. I had several packages to return and was really confused with all the different labels, but she was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to make sure I had the correct labels for every package and never made me feel rushed or frustrated. Karla provided such excellent customer service and truly went above and beyond to help me. Employees like her make such a difference! Thank you so much, Karla, for being so patient and making what could have been a stressful experience so easy. She deserves recognition! 💕📦

  This may be the best UPS store I’ve ever been to, hands down. The staff; Karla, Jasmine, & Danny are extremely friendly, super fast, and make coming into the store a fun experience I actually look forward to. They make everyone feel like family and knock out the packages faster than anywhere else. 10/10 stars would recommend 👏

  Karla was so attentive and patient! She was recommended and now I know why the place is near and clean, dust free and no one waited more than a few minutes even though Karla was the only one there working. I highly recommend this place. Please visit her and don’t tell her I told you so, but she has lollipops too.:)
