  Great store, a young man named Alex took excellent care of my mother. She was extremely grateful. He was beyond courteous and helpful. I am sending all my friends to this location. The store is organized and everyone is pleasant. Things get shipped out easily and efficiently.

  The young guy with the afro very rude and I noticed he ask"ARE YOU READY" when hes the one thats not ready while still packing other orders.

  Walked in and was helped by two young polite guys. Extremely helpful and kind. They were very patient. I love this location because it is organized and welcoming. You’re in and out with no problems. At times even if it’s a bit of a wait it’s so worth it. Love dropping off my packages, getting a sandwich at Lucas and picking up my blouses from the cleaners.

  I always use the UPS store located on saddle river road in fair lawn nj. The owner is the kindest, most helpful person I’ve ever dealt with. Staff is wonderful too. I recommend him to all of my family and friends. Great spot!
