  I love this place. Eric is amazing! I ship a lot of documents and Eric is always so helpful. This truly is a one stop shop. From notarizing documents, shipping supplies, and all my Amazon returns - he manages my all shipping needs. Alway friendly and kind as is all his staff.

  This store is way better than the River Road loacation which seems to always be a slow, disorganized mess. I will agree that the older man who works there is a bit unknowlegeable and seems to get frustrated easily but the man that seems to be the owner and the other guys are very kind and helpful overall. Some of these negative reviews are ridiculous. They don't provide tape. It's not their job if you are supposed to come in with a prepackaged box then get your act together and come prepared. Same goes for pulling up the code on your phone. The service is spotty in that area. Take a screenshot before you go in to save time and not annoy everyone on line. People dont know what to do and take it out on the workers and thw reviews. This store is 100x better than the other one in town which is closer to me. I'd rather go out of my way for better customer service.

  Very unpleasant experience. The owner or clerk is consistently unfriendly, rude, and unhelpful. Every time I come in, I feel unwelcome. They also always seem to want to charge for Amazon returns, which makes the process frustrating .I would not recommend this place

  Great store, a young man named Alex took excellent care of my mother. She was extremely grateful. He was beyond courteous and helpful. I am sending all my friends to this location. The store is organized and everyone is pleasant. Things get shipped out easily and efficiently.
