  When it comes to my auto part needs, I don’t even bother going anywhere else. I’m so happy with Advanced Auto Parts in Fair Lawn, NJ. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted by knowledgeable, friendly staff who genuinely want to help and actually know their stuff. I walk in with so many questions and they always take the time to make sure I get the right parts and understand my options. The store is well-organized, the prices are competitive, and the convenience of having exactly what I need in stock saves me so much time. Sometimes, like today, I call in ahead of time and that makes my visit there go even more smoothly. I was helped by Jerimiah when I called and was serviced by Marcos and Cristian. I’m a woman & I love how patient, reliable and safe with my interactions and purchases I feel when they’re there to help. It’s rare to find a place where customer service, expertise, and reliability all come together so seamlessly. Advanced Auto Parts has earned my loyalty—I wouldn’t go anywhere else for auto parts.

  I am a car enthusiast and have been a customer of Advance Auto Parts for many years. Since the store is local and convenient, I have always chosen to shop there and, until today, I have never had any issues. On May 29, I purchased a phone holder for my vehicle. Based on the packaging, I believed it would fit perfectly in the location where I intended to install it on my dashboard. After returning to my car, I took a closer look at the specifications printed in small text on the back of the package and realized that the mount size was not compatible with my intended installation. The product was never opened, used, or removed from its original packaging. Since I was still in the parking lot, I immediately returned to the store with my receipt, expecting to either return the item or exchange it for a different product that better suited my needs. When I spoke with the Manager, Mark, he informed me that the item could only be replaced or given a store credit and that’s what I did I bought something else instead but I wasn’t too happy about it with the return policy!! Mark was very helpful though.

  Came for new windshield wipers. Jeremiah took the time to check the sizes, explain to me the differences between blades, AND install them on my car. 5 star service from an employee who went above and beyond to help.
