  My experience was amazing I switched from state farm to all state. I saved over 4000.00 a year.... she was a great with communication and explaining every thing to me before switching. I was with State Farm for 20 plus years. I dealt with Malissa great consultant....

  Kaitlin's office is amazing! The rates were aggressively competitive for homeowners and auto. I LOVE that communication is convenient - call, text or email - to one dedicated, friendly HUMAN! Courtney has been great! My family will now be switching also.

  Living in New Jersey, Auto and Home insurance rates have gone through the roof. I started researching, because I needed to do something different. I called Allstate and received a callback from Courtney Whitehead. Most importantly she listened. She was patient, kind and informative. When we got done, my car insurance rate was cut in half, due to a new program Allstate has for Auto. We also reconfigured my Home Owners insurance just a bit and that was reduced by $200. All of this was confirmed by email before I got off the phone. I'm going with Allstate. If nothing else, call them to see if they'll work for you.

  Kate offers outstanding service! Every time I’ve purchased a new car, I’ve been tied up at the dealership until late at night, and Kate has always helped us get everything squared away. Anytime we have a question, she always explains everything fully. She’s a fantastic and trustworthy agent and I definitely recommend her!

  Update:6/5/26 Kaitlin Baldasari called me directly to rectify my situation which I am grateful for! She was very understanding & apologetic for the circumstances! I appreciate her reaching out to me! Thank you again Kaitlin ----‐-------------------------------------------------------- Back in Feb 2026 Called this local insurance agent for car/homeowner insurance. I was contacted by Courtney Whitehead who set everything up for me. Everything was fine until I found out that my previous insurance company was never made aware of canceling my old policy.What made it worse is I contacted Courtney the following week to follow up to make sure geico was made aware and she stated that she contacted them via fax.(faxing in 2026! I should have known then). Fast forward May 2026 I get notifications of a car insurance bill $341 & home insurance $1738 because allstate was NEVER paid. When I reached out to Courtney for assistance amd clarification email and text I was ignored. I saw her typing to respond back and she stopped & never responded and she never returned any of my calls. This situation was very unprofessional and lacked communication.
