- PSPrince SaoudienDec 29, 20251.0I bought a starter motor for my car, and the part is defective. I went back to exchange it or get a refund, but they refused. They treated me disrespectfully, as if I were asking for a handout. And when I called the police to resolve the issue, they showed me their policy stating that there are no refunds, even though they didn't tell me this before the purchase. This is theft and fraud.
