  I visit this location pretty often. The staff is always kind and helpful. I need to give a special shout out to staff member Drew Alexander. I was there in the morning last week. There was at least 6 people ahead of me then eventually some behind me. He was alone in the store but maintained a great attitude. He directed some people to the kiosk for Amazon returns. He took care of everyone’s needs calmly and politely. Drew is a true asset to the team and his dedication to customer satisfaction deserves recognition!

  Overcharged for basic services on a return drop-off. Went in to drop off a return package. They charged me $4 just to print the label and $3 for a plain cardboard box. The printing cost ended up being more than the box itself, which seems excessive for something so simple.
