  Joao has the most wonderful kind spirit in customer service. Answers all questions perfectly and always a helpful hand. I’ve seen him train new employees and he’s very patient and awesome. He’s the reason I honestly I keep coming to this location.

  I brought Amazon returns in boxes that I own and they wouldn’t accept the regular brown box they wanted me to purchase there’s for $10. They stated that it can’t be in a product box. So I said okay no problem I’ll return the other two that are in boxes. Now they said it needed to be a standard a standard brown box and mine wasn’t good enough. I’ve gone to many ups around north Jersey and this is the only one to have such rules. I do not recommend them. Also only one item was in a product box and this is how Amazon shipped it to me. But ups won’t take it that way

  Wish I could put 0 star. Avoid this UPS Store at all costs. The staff (particularly the guy with curl hairs) here will mislead you just to sell you additional packaging. I’ve been to this location twice to return items that were already packed and sealed in their original shipping boxes. Both times, they insisted that I had to buy another box, claiming it was “store policy.” When I questioned them, the story suddenly changed. Instead of requiring a new box, they offered to tape the package charging ‘SIX’ tapes for $3.20, while Putin 3 three strips on the box. So basically 1 strip is ‘2 tapes’… woww What frustrates me the most isn’t the money—it’s the dishonesty. They repeatedly told me that if I didn’t buy another box, there would be “no guarantee” that my package would be safe. That makes no sense. If the item is already securely boxed and sealed, what exactly does putting that box inside another box accomplish? This feels like a deliberate attempt to pressure customers into buying unnecessary packaging by misrepresenting UPS policies. Based on my experience, this doesn’t seem like an isolated incident, as I’ve seen similar complaints from other customers. UPS should look into the practices at this location. Customers deserve honest information, not sales tactics disguised as company policy.

  Same as everyone's experience, they try to force you to buy packages for Amazon returns. Why you ask, it's because that's the only way the store makes money, they don't make anything on the returns so try to scam you into purchasing a box. They play the card that it's Amazon's policy and yet all the other UPS locations accept the packages that they refuse to take, and Amazon customer support has said there's no such requirement. So simple and plain they try to scam you into purchasing a box so they can make a quick buck on you. I would appreciate it more and give an extra star if they were honest that they are scamming, instead of trying to make a fool of the customer.
