  I would like to give a great review for Alexander, a worker at Wingstop, for providing excellent customer service. From the moment I arrived, Alexander made the experience enjoyable by being friendly, respectful, and welcoming. His positive attitude made me feel comfortable and appreciated as a customer. Alexander did a great job making sure customers were taken care of. He was helpful, patient, and willing to answer questions about the menu. His professionalism and kindness showed that he cares about providing customers with a good experience. Another thing I appreciated about Alexander was his attitude and attention to customer satisfaction. He helped make the visit smooth and pleasant, and his effort made a positive difference. Employees like him help create a welcoming environment where customers feel valued. Overall, Alexander deserves recognition for his hard work and excellent service at Wingstop. I hope the management team recognizes his dedication and the positive impression he leaves on customers. I would be happy to return to Wingstop and receive the same friendly service again.

  I used to always order wings from here, so I wasn’t expecting such disappointment. I ordered these last night, and discovered they are serving lab meat!!! The skin was like plastic and the meat was flavorless. I even tried to revive a crisp on the wings by putting them in the oven, but all that did was make the skin more plastic like! For the amount of money these wings cost, the least they could do was serve real chicken.
