  I was honestly going to leave a 1-star review. Today had been a rough day until I arrived at the Elizabeth station and met Natalia. She went above and beyond to help me, even though my shipment wasn't assigned to her station. She took the initiative to contact supervisors at other stations and was able to locate and get me my shipment. Thank you so much, Natalia. I truly appreciate all of your help and dedication. Your outstanding customer service completely turned my day around.

  Just came to get my package from dhl due to me going to a wedding being our outfits being in package and let me tell you Jackie in the front desk was such a great help, professional. Customer service was on point. Nothing bad to say at all.
