  The Elizabeth, NJ facility is totally undependable and not to be trusted. Twice now they claim they cannot deliver because the officee is closed. Strange, since the delivery is to a residential address and they have been given very clear delivery instructions plus a phone number. Obviously, no attempt at delivery was made. The company's electronic interface is a waste of time. Advising client we will no longer accept packages from or use this service.

  I would give them 0 stars. The delivery drivers make false claims of delivery attempts and customers can’t even get customer service to help properly. Businesses need to stop using DHL or give customers the option to use a courier of their choice. I took the day off of work and sat outside waiting for the delivery that never came only to be told a delivery attempt was made. I was not given any other option other than to schedule for redelivery (which means taking another day off of work) and/or filing a complaint that goes nowhere.

  Worest service and customer service ever My package was sent by DHL express worldwide box and the estimated time 3 days. Now is 5th day and the package holding on airport that next to me by 1hr They holding it for 2 days!! That package is documents inside envelope!! Customer service part is worest they couldn't help at all. I'm sure they are scams to estimated short-term delivery and they gonna take forever to get it without any updated ETA.
