  I had such an outstanding experience at this UPS Store that I felt compelled to leave a review. I came in with multiple Amazon returns, a Fashion Nova return, and what felt like a mountain of boxes and packages. From the moment I walked in, Cindy and Violet were incredibly welcoming, professional, and kind. Despite how busy my return process could have been, they made everything feel effortless. Not only were they efficient and knowledgeable, but they went above and beyond to help me. They assisted with folding boxes, taping packages, and making sure everything was packed and processed correctly. Their communication throughout the entire process was excellent—they explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and kept things moving quickly without ever making me feel rushed. What stood out most was their customer service. Cindy and Violet were genuinely friendly, patient, and cheerful from start to finish. Their positive attitudes, warm greetings, and kind farewell made what could have been a stressful errand into a truly pleasant experience. It’s rare these days to find people who combine efficiency, professionalism, and genuine kindness so well. Cindy and Violet are a tremendous asset to this UPS Store, and because of them, I will absolutely return for future shipping and return needs. Thank you both for making my day a little easier and a lot brighter!

  Everytime I come to this shop, everyone is so accommodating and friendly. I always get quick and efficient service and the new design of the store is so nice and clean. Daniel is always awesome, even when he is working alone and it's busy, he helps everyone and is always pleasant and friendly.

  This is one of the best UPS stores in NJ! I won’t go anywhere else. The staff is super friendly and greet me the min I walk in, even if it’s busy. I love the younger employees, it makes my heart happy to see how hard they work in such a high pressure, super busy environment. Customer Service is a difficult job and they handle it with ease. Thank you for all your hard work! You do not receive enough praise for all you do!
