  I prefer this location over the downtown one on Main Street mostly because parking there can be such a hassle. This spot is much easier, especially with the Tano Mall lot right there. The man who seems to be the owner is almost always there working and is consistently pleasant to interact with, which makes a difference. Another small thing I appreciate is that they often open a little earlier than the posted hours, which makes it really convenient to stop in quickly in the morning. Overall, just a more convenient and reliable experience than the other nearby option.

  This particular ups store the gentleman just seemed bothered that he had to actual move 5 feet to assist me. The Amboy Ave one in Edison is way better.

  The worst of the worst when a customer asks for a signature it means do not leave package without signiture so rude and very ignorant why leave package to be stolen if I could give a zero I would ups doesn't even deserve the 1 star that's why amazon is taking over!!!!!!!!!'
