  Yes, the store is busy and lines get long at times BUT best staff I have come across - mostly because of 1 person’s leadership: Carlos. Anytime I have come in, I see this young man have patience, give his full attention to the customer he’s helping, and stay calm under the pressure. He finds solutions to an issue rather than excuses. Valuable employee and UPS should recognize that.

  I want to recognize Sherlun Argueta at UPS for providing truly exceptional customer service! She went above and beyond to help me arrange a pickup and made sure everything was handled correctly. The entire process was made easy because of her patience, professionalism, and willingness to help. She took the time to answer questions, provide guidance, called other UPS staff members and ensured that everything was taken care of from start to finish. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Mrs Argtueta really went above and beyond! UPS is fortunate to have someone so dedicated and customer-focused on their team. I only wish there were more people like her in customer service. Thank you, Sherylun, for your outstanding help and for making such a positive impression! 👏👏👏

  Paid $150 for overnight delivery fee for a very time sensitive documents and the package was delivered 5 days later. The UPS customer service kept sending generic “it was weather related” response. Upon checking the weather for those days (June 17-22 2026) the package was not affected by the weather and the UPS’s response is totally fabricated. The package showed sitting in the destination city for 4 days. Use USPS or Fedex instead.
