  food was good but the staff was disrespectful and rude. I got asked if i was placing an order or picking up and could not hear because the music is loud, and got nasty commentary. They forgot my ranch and was got ignored when i asked for some.

  I ordered classic wings, they gave me boneless. Whoever the cook was Monday night 5/18, ya momma should have swallowed you.

  El servicio es horrible se pagaria por una orden 35 dolares no aceptan tarjetas y no tenia devulta la señora queria que se le dieran 50 dolares y se dejara asi pedi el numero del supervisor y no lo quiso dar es un abuso lo que esta persona hace

  i payed 60$ for a 24 piece only to get 16 i left it at that i later on went to place an order in store and let the cashier monica know to make sure everything’s in the bag due to last incident she interrupted as i was speaking & said oh that wasn’t me with an attitude so i told her make my shit right and refused service which is understandable but it’s her job as a manager

  I had a really frustrating experience here. They gave me the wrong order, and when I tried to call the store to get it resolved, no one would answer the phone. The problem is I live about 30 minutes away, so it’s not like I can just run back easily to fix their mistake. Mistakes happen, but completely ignoring calls when a customer is trying to resolve an issue is unacceptable. I ended up paying for food I didn’t even order and had no way to get it corrected. Very disappointing service. I’d really just like my money back.
