  I had the best interaction with Isabella Rose from this FedEx tonight, they were incredible working with five different customers on various issues including me who had a major print issue (with Canva) that they helped me fix for a major upcoming work conference. Everyone there was complimenting them and I’ve never see a harder more educated and passionate FedEx worker going above and beyond the call of duty, even staying late and listening to customers concerns. It was truly an unforgettable interaction. Thank you so much, Isabella!

  It took a month to ship a package because the worker didn't ask for my signature. And when I went back to ask why it was taking so long they said they could do nothing to help me, it was stuck in customs and out of their hands. I paid $400 to have it shipped in 7 days and it took a month because a worker didn't ask me to sign. Not coming back here ever again
