  Gen helped me get a parcel that I needed on time. DHL didn’t unfortunately keep up with express delivery timeline but no worries when you’ve got folks like Gen at East Windsor DHL who’d go above and beyond to look for your parcel!!

  If you need something shipped internationally, come here! You get to work with Debbie who is an EXCEPTIONAL human while she is also giving client service. She is calm and helpful.   If you want to ship packages internationally and need to be able to track outside US too, then this is the place to ship it. Just be aware that it can be much more expensive than USPS, although i would say also more reliable and faster. Only advise i have is if you have to ship contents in a box, then try to pick smallest possible box and it can make a difference in cost. I was able to save about 25% by picking a smaller box. It may not always apply that way, but i think in my case i also went below 4 lbs with smaller box while i was over 4 lbs weight with original box. Hope that helps.

  Lost my package sent to another location and customer service is blaming me for not finding my package. Paid the Tariff just for them to Lose my package. Tried getting a refund keep getting disconnected. Terrible service.
