  I drove to Advance on a jumped battery. I was concerned to turn car off Explained situation and immediately a sales person said I will check it out. He brought out a monitor and asked me to turn car off. I did and he put machine on it. After a few minutes, he said it was not battery. He asked me to start it again and it turned over! He said you need to check out the key fobs. I got home and tested them and both key fobs were dead. After replacing them, all are working. Thank you Advance personnel for being honest and concerned about me! I will be back. Great organization and better people . Bill Lenahan

  Danielle was so extremely helpful. She was very kind on the phone and helped install our new battery. She has a great attitude and knew exactly what we needed. She is fantastic!!!! ** I will say, whoever the grumpy old man is who works there has got to take a lesson on customer service. He made it very clear he didn't enjoy working there. He was so rude and belittling. If it wasn't for Danielle, I would have taken my business elsewhere.

  Overpriced compared to other retailers! Won't waste my time again!
