  Extremely Disappointed – Poor Customer Service and Warranty Handling I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Advance Auto Parts. I went to the store because I had a valid warranty on my parts and expected the employee to at least inspect the parts and properly check whether they were covered under the warranty. Instead, the employee did not even take the time to look at the parts properly or make a reasonable effort to process or verify my warranty claim. What made the experience even worse was his attitude. He was very rude, dismissive, and made me feel as though helping a customer with a warranty issue was an inconvenience. If a customer purchases parts with a warranty, they should be able to expect the store to properly review the issue and clearly explain whether the warranty applies. Simply refusing to help without properly inspecting the parts or addressing the warranty is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I have purchased from Advance Auto Parts expecting dependable products and customer service, but this experience left me very disappointed. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unwillingness to assist with my warranty claim were unacceptable. I hope management takes customer service and warranty concerns more seriously and provides better training on how customers should be treated. Based on this experience, I would be very hesitant to return to this location or recommend it to others.

  The old guy…. advance auto parts, if you are reading my review you must talk to him . He is not only rude but wont do a warranty replacement of the part I purchased through advance autoparts in connecticut. Then i had to go princeton advance auto parts . There they helped me out and replaced all the parts under defect . So the old man in east windsor did not even check if product is damaged or defect and straight on my face he says the product was mot bought under advance auto parts in nj and was bought in some otger region. I dont even want to talk to him , i would never visit that store. Someone must teach them manners.

  Completely understaffed on a Sunday morning. Walked out. Found the same thing on Amazon for $6 less. I like to support businesses in person but not when it is poorly managed.

  Will is the best - Went to check on my Battery which needed Jump starts multiple times in a week. Had made up my mind to shell Out $$ for a nee battery. Will checked , noticed the loose connection on the ground terminal, cleaned it meticulously , adjusted the contacts for a snug fit. Battery test confirmed a good status and no more jump starts. Refreshing to meet such nice people , who go above and beyond. Will, you will succeed in everything you do. Thanks AAP for acquiring great assets.

  I drove to Advance on a jumped battery. I was concerned to turn car off Explained situation and immediately a sales person said I will check it out. He brought out a monitor and asked me to turn car off. I did and he put machine on it. After a few minutes, he said it was not battery. He asked me to start it again and it turned over! He said you need to check out the key fobs. I got home and tested them and both key fobs were dead. After replacing them, all are working. Thank you Advance personnel for being honest and concerned about me! I will be back. Great organization and better people . Bill Lenahan
