  Used the self scan drop off chute, got a receipt, and after waiting three days there was no acceptance scan on the Fedex tracker. Store confirmed chute was cleared and told me to contact customer service which keeps redirecting me to ask the store location if they cleared the chute. This was exactly what I feared when using the self scan and this was an expensive item

  I spent about an hour or more printing here hundreds of documents after a total disaster at a nearby Staples. Printers are brand new, easy to use system, and cost is cheaper than competitors. Staff were always available to help me if I ran in to any issues - and super friendly. 10/10 experience

  Mariana should not be customer facing, or even employed at this point. Overnight package not delivered due to driver lacking a brain. Business open and operator inside. Tuck just marked undeliverable and left. Called corporate who said second attempt would be made. No attempt was made, rather a call from Mariana to confirm delivery details including phone number for delivery which now would have to be done the next day. Same thing happens one day later. Business owner waiting for package or phone call. Neither arrived. Mariana to her credit took time away from licking the windows to answer the phone, she was not helpful. Again confirmed all of the information which was previously confirmed the night before and advised that despite negligence of the driver that likely could not have a second delivery completed today. Avoid this FedEx subcontractor at all cost.

  David and Mike were EXTREMELY helpful, as was the other gentleman who answered the phone. I had a last minute request and ran into an issue that had me in a panic. David walked me through the steps with such patience. I could not be more grateful for the help in calming my nerves and getting what I wanted done.

  5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE at this location from the store manager. 10/10!! We came in a rush, with a last minute project for a very special event the next day. He patiently worked with us with the sizing and was confident that the design would come out to our liking, which it did! We were extremely happy and left with peace of mind. I highly recommend this location and its services! Thank you.
