  The service from Sheila and Carlos was like nothing I’ve ever seen. I came in with a king size mattress that would’ve cost $500 to ship and Sheila and Carlos laid on it with a vacuum to the bag and sucked $300 out of the cost. I’m a young girl and they knew i needed it to be as low priced and possible and they delivered on a mission. The passion packed in that box was worth every dollar. I’ve never seen people so determined to ship my package. I’m so glad I went here I’ll never go anywhere else.

  I stopped by this location to return several online purchase from TikTok shop and Amazon. One of my return codes consisted of 3 pairs of shoes purchased on TikTok. The employees there were incredibly rude and made me cancel and redo the returns because of their shipping box size limitations. When I have to return an Amazon purchase, the item often dictates where and how I can make the return. Small items may be returned via a boxless return at several retail while bulky, heavy items might only be returned if I box and label the return. Sometimes, I can add several items to one return code, but other times each item gets its own return code. Therefore, if TikTok allowed me to bundle my returns, I should have no reason to assume this wasn’t allowed. However, the UPS employee I spoke to told me that I needed to read the return policies. There was nothing stating that bundling returns under one QR code was prohibited. The employee kept cutting me off as I explained that the TikTok returns portal allowed me to set up the return this way and if this goes against UPS policy then UPS needs to communicate with TikTok. I did return the items separately. However, only one item from the originally bundled says it’s been returned. The other two items have not.

  Tried charging me 10 bucks to put tape on a box. Different from last year and the lady included a free scolding and a lecture I kept telling her I didn't want.
