  Inappropriate way of dealing with the customers and expensive, I had to pay 2$ to tape a small box and more to print out the label. I do not recommend this store at all

  Their staff in the morning time is always helpful, that is when I always go.

  The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient!! I always drive past the FedEx store to get to this UPS store!!

  The employee arrived very late, leaving everyone waiting in line, and I had a heavy box. She kept looking at me from the time she walked past me outside waiting on her until I came inside. I guess she was already making up her mind about what she would do when I got to the counter. When I did get to the counter, she would not accept my return because it wasn’t in an Amazon box but accepted the guy who had a vacuum return not in an Amazon box. She was looking all around the box; I guess she was assuming something about me because the box had no labels on it, although Amazon specifically states not to have other tracking labels on the box. I have also returned other items here without an Amazon box but with a different employee, so I don’t know what was different today. Also, the Amazon customer service representative said it should’ve been accepted. Even the UPS store itself states no label, no box, no problem; too bad the employee wanted to make it a problem. I suggest going later in the day; maybe her shift is over by then.
