  I had an excellent experience thanks to one of your employees, Mark. He was incredibly helpful in guiding us to the right car battery and made sure we had all the proper tools needed for the job. What really stood out was how clearly and patiently he explained the process of replacing the battery, making something that felt intimidating much more manageable. Even after assisting us initially, he went out of his way to make sure everything worked out smoothly, which really shows his dedication and commitment to great customer service. He truly made a difference and made what started out to be a pretty frustrating afternoon, a positive.

  I went to Advance Auto Parts to get sockets for my Milwaukee M18 High Torque Impact Wrench for a brake job. The staff were super helpful and made sure I got the right sockets. When I went back to my car to remove my lug nuts, one swollen lug nut got stuck in my new socket! I came back to the store, the older gentleman kindly helped me out and got the stuck lug nut removed. Great service all around these guys know what they’re doing and actually care. Highly recommend!
