  If I could give Dean ( if that’s his name) zero stars I would. This guy has a bad attitude. I asked for help and he scoffed at me. Believe it or not I’m not an Amazon person so I needed help with a return. I don’t think he realizes he has a Customer Service job. Wow do I miss the old UPS in gray rock plaza.

  Most employees at this location are wonderful, except for one. There is one gentleman that works there that is so incredibly rude. When you walk through the door, he looks agitated and angry immediately attacking you instead of asking if he can help. .

  CHOOSE ANYWHERE BUT THIS PLACE FOR YOUR SHIPPING NEEDS! I shipped a small package here which they charged me $50.00 to ship when I could have sent it out from the post office for less than $15!! Trust me, I would rather use the post office any chance I can but I was in a time crunch and this was my only option…. But that’s not even the best part, They provided me with an invalid tracking number therefore since the package does not show delivered and I will not get paid for the contents of the package…. But it gets even better, I have been trying to get in contact with this store for over 4 DAYS, I’ve called over 40 times, sent multiple emails, looked for different contact information, NOTHING. I had to make a claim with corporate to which the store manager IS REQUIRED to contact me regarding the claim, STILL NOTHING. I am an hour and a half away from this location, I work until 6:30pm every day (INCLUDING THE WEEKEND) and I am out of options so here is this review. The incompetence and ignorance of this location is far from acceptable for a major franchise like UPS. Not only am I out the $50.00 for shipping but I am out the $600.00 for the contents of the package, So what are you going to do about this UPS store # 7746? DO BETTER

  I had two simple forms to notarize. I was charged the outrageous price of 40.00. When I asked why, I was told it had a stamp and a seal, which is how something is notorized. I will never set foot in this store again or a UPS store. At the very least, these charges should be posted, so others are not robbed.
