  I have given them too many chances. Dropped off a package yesterday (Next day Air). It was never picked up. I called 5 different people today got 5 different answers. First I called the store. They told me the driver never took the box. Then, I called customer service. They told me the store never gave the driver the box. It is literally a blame game. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Also doesn't matter how many fragile stickers you put on. The box, they will still break what's inside the box. I am beyond frustrated and I have no respect for this store or UPS!!!! Oh and the attitude given to me by the man who works there is unacceptable!!! So done with this place. .... AFTER OWNERS RESPONSE: I WASN'T GOING BACK ANYWAY!!! LMAO!! YOU HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOUR STAFF IS MISERABLE!! NO WONDER THE SHIPMENTS ARE MESSED UP. AND...yes you have everything to do with why my shipment was delayed. You never gave my Next Day shipment to the driver! UPS loves to blame everyone else instead of take ownership for the mistakes.

  I came here to get a bulk of xerox and printouts. Adrian was so helpful and quick and gave me full attention and yet made sure no-one was held in queue for long. She took extra care to return my originals quickly and even helped me size some of my prints. Very reliable and quick service! It was my first time having such a hassle-free experience at a UPS store. Kudos to the store and its employees!

  EXCELLENT UPS STORE ! QUICK, EASY, HELPFUL, WELL ORGANIZED AND CLEAN ! IN & OUT IN NO TIME ! HE DID EVERYTHING FOR ME INCLUDING SUPPLY THE TAPE ! LOVELY GENTLEMAN ! KIND and WONDERFUL and open on SUNDAY !
