  I had such a great experience at this UPS Store, especially because of Vihar Desai, the Assistant Manager. He was beyond helpful and made doing all of my returns actually feel fun! He was so friendly, kind, and genuinely pleasant, and I left in such a good mood. I really appreciate how helpful and welcoming he was. I always go there now, and his kindness makes such a difference. Thank you, Vihar, for making what could have been a stressful errand such a positive experience!

  I would rate The UPS Store a 10/10 for their exceptional customer service and efficiency. Every visit is a great experience, with friendly staff who make the process quick and seamless. I especially want to recognize Owen, who was incredibly helpful, attentive, and professional. He took the time to answer my questions, ensured everything was handled correctly, and made me feel valued as a customer. It's rare to find such outstanding service combined with fast transactions. Thanks to Owen and the entire team, I highly recommend this UPS Store location to anyone looking for reliable and customer-focused service.

  I want to highly COMMEND as well as RECOMMEND this particular UPS store because they have provided EXCEPTIONAL “5 Diamond/5 Star” service beyond compare!!! The store Manager, Gage Roman and the ENTIRE staff actually assisted us with thwarting a sophisticated criminal enterprise that nearly left my 81 year old father scammed and swindled out of $20,000 dollars!!! Gage Roman was the epitome of courteous, caring, thoughtful, patient, and professional assistance every step of the way in this process!!! If he can provide this level of service and assistance and compassion with customers in Colorado that he has never met in person then just imagine how much more so that Gage Roman and his ENTIRE staff will take care of your business needs in the greater Clifton New Jersey area!!! I can sing his praises all day long!!! This is merely the beginning of well deserved recognition, appreciation and exultations to be showered upon Gage Roman and his truly outstanding leadership at this store and the local community!!!
