    I am very disappointed with my experience. I ordered 4 Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki sandwiches on Italian Herbs & Cheese bread and specifically requested them to be toasted. When I received my order, the bread I selected was not available, and nobody informed me before preparing the sandwiches. The sandwiches were also not toasted as requested. In addition, the Baja Chipotle and Sriracha sauces I asked for were missing from the order. These details are important because I paid for a customized order and expected it to be prepared correctly. When I returned to explain the issue, the employee told me they did not have the bread I ordered. When I pointed out that I had paid for my order and should have been informed, I was told, “You did not buy the store.” I found this response rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I understand that ingredients can sometimes be unavailable, but customers should be informed and treated with respect. Overall, this was a frustrating experience due to the incorrect order and poor customer service.

    What happened to $5. Foot longs? I went to Subway and it cost $13.50. I couldn’t even finish it. I only ate half because it tasted like cat food. And it gave me diarrhea.

    Repeated bad experience from this Subway location. My recent mobile order was incorrect again—missing sauces, missing SubKrunch, and no utensils despite adding it in the instructions. This is the 4th time this has happened. Very frustrating and disappointing service.

    My son orders through Uber eats. With that said, e wrytime he orders or I order, it's never correct..down to the cookies. I love the raspberry cheesecake cookies...every single time, i am given chocolate chip that tase like 2 days old...I have tried calling and Noone answers the phone. I'm done with this place. I will make sure everyone knows as well.

    They never give the right items or they're out of stock and don't tell you. Don't ever order from here. Wish I can give 0 stars. Waste of money this place is.
