I visited FedEx to ship a graduation gift to my nephew, and I had an excellent experience thanks to Amanda. She was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and incredibly helpful from start to finish.
I asked if I could pack the box myself and had even brought my own tape. but she finish the packaging and taped the box for me using her own tape. I was genuinely impressed by her kindness and willingness to go above and beyond.
What made this experience even more meaningful was that the day before, I had visited another FedEx location in River edge and had a very unpleasant interaction. I was told I would have to purchase tape, and comments were made that left me feeling uncomfortable and unfairly judged. I left that location disappointed and drove 30 minutes to Clifton and I’m so glad I did.
Amanda understands how to provide excellent customer service with professionalism, patience, and respect. It’s clear that Charlie has done a great job training and leading his team. He is knowledgeable in his craft and has built a staff that reflects those same high standards.
Thank you, Amanda and Charlie, for turning a stressful errand into a positive experience. Your kindness and dedication to customer service did not go unnoticed. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a lovely call with Beatrice who helped me with a last minute print I needed for a birthday. I'm so thankful for her and her hard work! I appreciate the support, amazing costumer service 10/10!
Won refuses to accept my documents because I am not from the US and I do not have a US ID I was humiliated it's been the worst experience I've ever had which FedEx I've asked him to call a manager he said he is part of management team and we will only accept us IDs with a smirk on his face I am so embarrassed I'm not from the USA I've explained I'm dyslexic and I have some health issues he told me go do it online myself he will not accept to help me behind the counter I will try and take legal action I will also put this all over social media I feel discriminated and ashamed

Long story short, I’m disappointed to leave this store a one-star review because of the way the situation was handled by the manager.
The employees were polite, professional, and explained what I needed to do with my tires for the prepaid drop-off. While I was preparing the tires, a man who identified himself as the manager approached me in a rude and disrespectful manner, despite not wearing any visible badge or name tag. I have to speak to someone else and try to understand and help me out, but he ordered everyone to not speak to me or help me.
What disappointed me most was that after getting involved, he told the employees not to speak with me anymore, even though they had been helpful and respectful from the beginning.
The regular employees deserve five stars for their professionalism. My issue is only with the manager and the way he handled the situation.
