  Do not give them your money - confirmed scam!!! FedEx First Overnight is scamming customers for their money and the employees consistently “lose” sensitive packages. This location lost my passport and only after messaging on INSTAGRAM!! Did they take it seriously. We paid for FedEx First Overnight. They marked the package delivered 2 days later despite us paying for 8am next day delivery. Now they REFUSE to give a refund. An investigation needs to be launched on this location and FedEx at large.

  Extremely disappointed with services provided. I dropped off a very important package containing my fiancée's wallet to be delivered overnight to Florida by 8 AM through FedEx Express First Overnight. Despite paying over $100 to have this package arrive next day at 8 AM latest it is now past 3 PM and the package has yet to be delivered. Even more importantly no one from customer support nor this location can tell me where the package is. When I pull up the tracking number the only information it provides is that FedEx has the package, which a useless update considering I dropped it off in person, so I obviously know they have the package. With no one being able to provide a status update, something that I needed delivered as soon as possible is lost in the FedEx ether. This is an unacceptable outcome and I recommend you take your shipping needs somewhere else in hopes of a better experience.
