  The staff here are very lazy and disrespectful. To be specific I don’t know the guy’s name but he’s a big chubby dude with long hair. He has so much attitude when you’re speaking to him on the phone or in person I called about a vehicle and I wanted to give him the Vin number and he replies back that’s too long I don’t feel like typing it in. Who says that to a customer. And I asked if he had a specific part available in the store and he said we should be able to have it and when I asked him to physically check before I made the drive down there, he was giving me a hard time and then he comes back and says they don’t have it. This is exactly why you make them check because they say they have it but in reality they don’t they’re just so lazy to check. Also, when I walked in there, he was cursing at a customer over the phone telling them to stop calling the store because they’re busy and his other coworker, which is a white kid was just laughing. That guy needs to get fired. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen him curse at a customer and give so much attitude.

  Today August 5 2026 arround 7 pm my Parents went to buy battery, they guy made an excuse not to help them and change battery, to the owner u need better treat to customers

  Manny M was very helpful in assisting me with the battery in my key fob. He was pleasant and helped me understand how to deal with the issue again if it were to happen again. Thank you …. Jenny V
