    I ordered online and went to pick up the food. I asked if I could use the bathroom. The employee said no and that was for customers only. I told her that I am a customer because I ordered food and I'm here to pick it up. She said that I had to eat here to use the bathroom. That doesn't make sense. You got money from me and I can't use the bathroom? I'm never coming back here again. No wonder this place has a bad rating. It should be lower.

    Very uninviting. No one came to the front to greet me. I stood there for about ten minutes. Then I see a man just appear in the kitchen area with this long hair and no gloves no hat or hair net put his hands in the bag of buns and start making food. At that point is when I walked out. The sanitation is not there, the customer service is not there, just not it. I used to just order online and pick up but never again. My family and I will no longer patronize that location. And I do not advise anyone else to either.

    Walked in, never had wingstop before- very busy (good sign). Order given out timely regardless of foot traffic. Food was AWESOME. Corn was amazing, Louisiana fries too. I recommend.

    We had a terrible experience at Wingstop and will not be coming back. We placed an order over the phone and were told it would be ready in 20 to 25 minutes. We arrived right on time after picking up food elsewhere for our kids, only to be told our order didn’t exist. We then placed the same order again in person. After waiting another 35 minutes for a simple 30-wing order, it still never showed up on their system screens. We kept being told the wings were “being sauced,” but it didn’t seem like they were even cooked yet. At that point, our kids’ food was cold, we still had no food, and we had to leave empty-handed. There were plenty of apologies, but no real effort to fix the situation. No discount, no priority, nothing to make up for the inconvenience. This was a complete waste of time and extremely frustrating. You’ve lost our business. I would not recommend this location.
