  The staff at the Clementon located are fantastic. The store manager has always been extremely patient and knowledgeable with my multitude of car issues, over multiple years. Another employee, (cute red head) is extremely knowledgeable about electricity and was able to solve a problem my vehicle has had for years. I barely knew how to describe the issue I was having, and he immediately informed me I had a parasitic draw. I pulled the fuse and have not had issues since. On a recent occasion, the staff was able to charge my battery overnight, which saved me $224, not having to buy a new one. Prices tend to be high, but typical for a chain auto-parts store. I value the employees and their willingness to help customers, without judgement. Even clueless ones such as myself. All around, great group of guys!

  Always very helpful and very informative about what deals are going on so I'm not breaking the bank more than I already am with the cost of parts nowadays. Very friendly and always usually have the parts I need

  I came in today with my 1.5 year old battery because my it kept dying. When I came in Victor immediately came up to me and helped me since the battery was pretty heavy. After listening to what I described and doing a diagnostic he gave me some helpful info. He was very patient while I explained everything and he in return explained to me in a way I could understand the issue of what was going on. Everything went smooth and I was really impressed with Victor, who I believe is in training. The gentleman who was there guiding Victor was helpful and helped guide him through the process. I will gladly visit this store again over the one that is more convenient near my work.
